How I Managed Anxiety Through Sewing: In Pictures
I mentioned before that this last pregnancy was really hard, and that one of the ways that I managed the depression and anxiety was by designing and sewing clothes. Here are most (not all) of the clothes that I sewed this spring. Mostly bathroom selfies, because I was too tired to pose for good pictures. All of the fabric is either from the Purple Seamstress or from scraps I had lying around.
