The Third Part

Today started with routine maintenance and housekeeping, I’ve been sewing a lot and my machine is getting fuzzy.

Once that was taken care of and the kids were happily playing, I started sewing the inside pockets. The heart is a freebie from Patterns for Pirates. I used just the front pieces and omitted the zipper in favor of an envelope closure. This is going to be the first aid pocket.

I’m going to have four inside pockets, one front pocket, one back pocket, and two side pockets. With a special place just for Spork. After a towel, a good spork is essential in all of your travels.
